"I need to post something every day."
I feel like this all the time, but the reality is, I shouldn't. And neither should you.
If you want to get your organization's social media content value and volume where it needs to be, you need to invest in people more than you do posting every day. This might sound counterintuitive, but it makes sense when you really think about it.
If you have more people to equip, and then release, to produce content, they will be the ones who help you with the burden of posting.
Don't learn this the difficult way. A cohesive group of people thinking, producing, and posting content together is far more valuable than one person scraping and scrambling to post content every day.
So start investing in people. Now.
Don't be a social media Marlboro man. Lead a tribe instead.
